It’s FINALLY happening! Two years after writing The Condiment Book, I’m coming back to the US and hosting some fun (and obviously delicious) events. This book means so much to me, it’s genuinely my child, so it makes me so happy to know it’s finally being released in my home country. Baby you’re going home!

What makes this book different from version 1.0?
TRULY SO MUCH. Think of this book as the extended version - extra recipes and full photography. When I say extra recipes, I don’t mean just a few, I mean extra condiment recipes as well as full on dishes. In the book I share with you some weeknight and weekend dishes that are staples in my home - tarte tatin, quiche, keftedes, waffles, martini, etc… All of these recipes are condiment companions to the condiment recipes themselves so you’ll always know what to serve alongside them! For the photos, I really wanted to tap into French farmhouse but keep it LA bright and airy. The wonderful Laura Edwards managed to do just that! And lastly, it’s published with a different publisher which means it’s quite literally a different book because starting draft 1, the copyedits were distinct.

The day my book launches! I wanted to be able to celebrate with you all, this event is open to the public.
8-10AM! Since the happy hour on Thursday is during the day and many people work, I wanted to do an early event to ensure that everyone could come if they wanted :)
FYI this will be at their South Beverly Drive location NOT the Santa Monica one!

A snack hour takeover - get ready for bites from the books as well as a signature cocktail. I will be there signing books!

Of course, I had to bring a little bit of France into this book tour and what better place to do so in NYC than L’Appartement 4F?! I’ve been a fan for ages so I am so happy to be partnering with them for this fun Wine Wednesday. Expect some cheese and jam pairings…
If you can’t get tickets just know that on May 28, they’ll also be serving a signature pastry all day! Can’t wait to share the flavor with you. Any guesses??
