Iceland, too! A stand on every corner. Each person has a favorite set of condiments, such as onions, or mustard, but Remoulade is universal. Local legend says that later-in-the-day dogs are better, having spent all day in the same water, more moist, muy rico. I had my own dog later-in-the-day, and it was scrumptious!

As a Dane I saw that photo and *knew* it was about Danish Hot Dogs. It's ALWAYS been a thing. Maybe even less now than it used to be! Glad you enjoyed the remoulade ;-)
