I’m going to be on Sydney morning TV this Thursday (yay Australia) and was asked to bring in some special jams… Of course, Tomato Vanilla Basil jam made the cut but what better timing than February 13th to bring in my Valentine’s Day special??

Hi! Making a blueberry jam but only have turbinado raw cane sugar and regular organic cane sugar (from Trader Joe’s). Will either of these work following the jam recipe in TCB?
