This week is the FINAL week where you can enjoy a Sea Salt Vanilla Bean Matcha at Jenki*! You all loved it so much that two weeks quickly became two months and that time has now elapsed…. Have no fear! I’ve got the at home recipe for you so that you can forever recreate it in your kitchen.

As you probably know by now due to my obnoxiously frequent posting about it, I love starting my morning off with a salty vanilla matcha. I’ve only been doing this since January but it’s now a daily ritual I cannot go without. I’m currently in South Africa and you better believe I brought my matcha tin with me (in case of emergencies ie grainy, grey, culinary grade matcha).

how cute is this mini pitcher?

If I’m at home, I make this special syrup weekly that I use to get that salty and sweet kick. My ideal matcha? 2 tsp matcha + splash of this salty vanilla syrup + 50/50 coconut milk and water… If I’m traveling, I honestly just bring vanilla stevia drops, my matcha tin, and preferred salt in a little baggy with me.

Anyways, you’re here for the recipe so let’s cut to the chase. It’s SO easy.
