There are very few feelings that top washing down a bite of creamy cheese with crisp wine. I’ve been in France for the past few days, which means I’ve been eating my fair share of cheese. The other night, when feasting on my post-dinner cheese plate which consisted of a lot of goat cheese (you can read all about it here) I had a lightbulb moment. If Sancerre is good to drink alongside any goat cheese, why not eat it instead?
