It’s time to level up your Easter brunch (tbh breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert) with carrot cake jam… Yep, you read that right!

carrot cake + salted cinnamon vanilla cream cheese + carrot cake jam (META I LOVE IT)

Even though this jam is inspired by the Easter Bunny himself, it can be eaten whenever throughout the year as it pairs with a variety of different flavors. The warming spices from the jam contrast nicely with the tangy citrus and I simply love the texture of the thinly shredded carrots and plumped up dried fruit.
