I am SO excited to let you know that today is the big day! That is, if you’re in NYC… One of my favorite Bagel shops, Pop Up Bagels, and I have collaborated on a special Fall mustard: grainy Dijon!
I first went to their store in NYC on my first day back in the US this June and filmed a video about the experience. Oh and again here. Full circle moment :’)
I’ve always added grainy mustard to my cream cheese as I love the texture it gives with its little pops. I also find that the heat and tanginess from the Dijon pair perfectly with the creamy, fatty texture of schmear. I hope you love this duo as much as I do.
I’m unfortunately not going to be able to make it to America this time around so please munch on some fluffy, delicious bagels on my behalf. I can’t wait to live vicariously through you all! Please send any and all photos <3 <3 <3
