I WROTE A BOOK!

The Condiment Book, September 26th 2024

And I can finally tell you all about it!

I cannot believe the moment has come!!! I have been waiting over a year to announce that The Condiment Book will be coming out on September 26th 2024 with Bloomsbury UK and it’s available to preorder now!

Part history book, - part cookbook, The Condiment Book will take you on a  journey through different types of condiments, where they come from, what they look like across the globe, how to make them, and finally unexpected flavor variations and pairings. The book is happy and jam-packed with informational, fun doodles.

The long awaited candied jalapeño recipe? It’s in there! Viral Tomato Vanilla Basil Jam? In there too! My paper thin crêpes? Yep. Chestnut spread? You better believe it! 

This is just to say, please go embrace your inner child and find your sense of play. Never in a million years did I think I would be a published author this early in my life and it’s really all thanks to condiments (and to you). I am so grateful to you all for making this possible so I really cannot thank you enough. It has been such a privilege to build our little community, get to know you, and explore flavor together.
