If you had told me last year that I would be going to Tasmania, I wouldn’t have believed you. This little island is off the Southern coast of Australia and the city I went to, Hobart, is located south of the island. It is a food destination in Australia and home to so many local producers.

Pro-tip: If you’re not renting a car, take the sky bus into town for $22 (cheaper than an Uber if you’re solo traveling) - it comes every 30 min and you honestly drive past gorge scenery.
