Regardless of how you choose to celebrate Halloween - by watching scary movies, rewatching Disney Channel originals (guilty as charged), dressing up cute for a party, visiting a pumpkin patch etc - you are most likely having some candy and themed treats… This year, I decided to make a glossy orange and black jammy jelly (it’s a mix of both) to fill cookies with. Really *spooky*.
Although I was planning on sending out this recipe next Tuesday as always, I couldn’t let the weekend go by without sharing it! I know many of you like experimenting in your kitchen and hosting towards the end of the week so here we are. While I still haven’t made my treats using the jam, I thought it best to send out the recipe anyways.
I’m a fan of marmalade, that is, non-traditional marmalade. I’m not sure why but I’ve never been a fan of standard orange marmalade so I tend to make lemon marmalade when I have a chance. You can find my lemon rooibos marmalade recipe here!
