The idea of an eggnog flavored spread has been driving me nuts for the past month. I love eggnog and I find it really difficult to find here in the UK so I figured why not condiment-it instead? I recently served this latest version of the eggnog dulce de leche at a book signing event in London and it was SUCH a success! Luckily, I was sharing a table with the one and only
and she kindly baked shortbread cookies (recipe in SIFT!). We dolloped some of the dulce atop and just like that, we created a match made in heaven!
