This past November, I did a demo at the Cotswold Christmas Fair and taught the crowd how to make spiced and tangy candied grapes. I love this recipe because in just under 30 minutes you’ve got 2 full condiments: the grapes and the delectable, tangy, addictive syrup! It’s basically a non-alcoholic mulled wine in a condiment jar.
