Decided to share this with you early because next week is La Chandeleur, crêpes day, so I’ll be sharing my crêpe recipe with you on Tuesday instead :)

I won’t lie to you, this year I’ve been on my LA-vibes health grind and feeling SO great about it. I’ve just been focusing on eating whole foods and actually making sure to get 3 good meals in a day in rather than random scavenging throughout the day or giant feasts. My body feels HAPPY because I haven’t actually been restricting anything at all either. I’m still very much eating gummies daily - but wait - they’re homemade?!

I have completely and utterly obsessed with making gelatin gummies for the past few weeks. They’re illegally easy (and quick might I add) to make. Whether you want to make them to get your collagen or protein in, or just as a lil snicky snack, that’s totally up to you!

*If you’re vegetarian/vegan, check out this recipe instead! The recipe below uses beef gelatin as the setting agent.

The Recipe

These are Rooibos flavored, my favorite non-caffeinated tea! Feel free to swap in any tea of your choice, I just personally love the warming, slightly sweet flavor, as well as the color. I’d recommend using a caffeine free tea, only because I crave these before bed and don’t want a jolt of energy late at night. I have made salty vanilla matcha coconut milk ones though and wooooooof they’re delish.

so many diff rounds of flavors and testing before coming up with my favorite one to share with you!

While I’ve made so many different iterations, I find the ratio below and the flavoring to be my favorite thus far. Again, use your favorite tea, juice, “liquid”, the world is your gummy oyster!
