When this book was announced, I knew I wanted to work with brands that I loved and had a connection with. Ahhhhh my very own “Erewhon smoothie” moment!! Jenki will be selling a Vanilla Bean Sea Salt Matcha starting September 26th for the following TWO WEEKS in stores! Make sure to visit any of their locations to try my daily bev :) I highly recommend it iced with coconut milk.
I’ve been drinking Jenki (at home and in stores) for the past year and truly refuse to buy matcha anywhere else. The only thing missing when I buy it out is my addition of salt. Not anymore! Thank you again to Jenki for making this happen.

I knew I wanted to work with an Irish company for the Irish launch of the book and Grá was the obvious choice. As you may remember from my chocolate factory vlogs, I was able to go to Galway and design the chocolates myself?! Halen Môn - Salty Pumpkin Spice
The American in me comes out every fall because I crave pumpkin spice. I always opt to make my own blend because I love adding a little salt (do you sense a theme..?) but not this year! I am so grateful to Halen Mon, Anglesey Salt, for creating this perfect Salty Pumpkin Spice blend for you all this autumn. Each one is sold in this cutie little ceramic jar. I love it SO much!!
